Q. After-Sales Service Process

  1. Application and Outbound Service - If you need after-sales service, please send your purchase information, product photos, description of the issue, delivery address, and phone number via the Q&A section or the chat window at the bottom right of the official website.

  2. Inspection and Repair - After inspecting the product, we will request repair services from the repair vendors partnered with WHILE. The inspection process usually takes about 10 days for repairs. (Depending on the circumstances, this time may be extended, and we will contact the customer immediately in such cases.)

  3. Outbound Shipping - Once the repair work is completed, the product will be sent directly to the customer.
