Q. Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Please apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive the product, via our website, a private message in the Q&A section, or the chat window at the bottom of the website.

  2. If the return or exchange is due to product defects or incorrect delivery, please apply within 7 days, and no additional shipping fee will be charged.

  3. Handmade products may have slight color differences compared to the photos, which do not qualify as defects.

  4. Returns or exchanges are not possible if the product has been opened, used, or is not in a complete state, making it unfit for resale.

  5. For free exchanges due to product defects, only exchanges for the same item are allowed. (If you wish to exchange for a different product, even if there is a defect, the customer must bear the shipping cost.)

  6. Exchanges are allowed only once.

※ In case of a return or exchange due to a change of mind, the customer must bear the round-trip shipping cost. (This includes changing size or color.)
