Returns and Exchanges
• Returns and exchanges must be processed through My Page or the Wyl customer service center. If you send items without prior authorization, the products will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs. • For defective items or incorrect deliveries, you can request an exchange for the same product or a free return through customer service.
