Returns and Exchanges
• Returns and exchanges must be processed through My Page or the Wyl customer service center. If you send items without prior authorization, the products will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs. We do not take any responsibility for loss, incorrect delivery, or damage in such cases.
• Returns or exchanges, excluding defective items, are only accepted if the product is free from defects or contamination, has tags attached, and is requested within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• Please note that there may be slight color variations in fabric even for the same color due to dyeing processes and ordering time. We appreciate your understanding.
• For defective items or incorrect deliveries, you can request an exchange for the same product or a free return through customer service.
• If you wish to exchange for a different product with a different price after purchase, you must return the original item and then make a new purchase.
• If the order information, such as address or phone number, is incorrect and the delivery is returned due to inability to contact you, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Non-Exchangeable/Non-Returnable Items
• Exchanges or returns are not possible if the product is damaged or has been worn and washed.
• Damage from improper washing is not eligible for exchange or return. Please familiarize yourself with the washing instructions before purchase.
• Products showing signs of wear (stains, perfume or home odors, flakes, makeup, pet hair, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Wrinkles that may occur during shipping, removable threads, or unfinished stitching are not considered defects and do not qualify for free exchange or refund.
• Slight size variations due to measurement methods and color differences due to monitor settings are not grounds for exchange or return.
• Slight color fading due to material characteristics is not considered a defect, so exchanges or returns are not possible.
